What is an RV?

"RV" stands for "Recreational Vehicle." It refers to a motorized or towable vehicle that provides living space for activities like camping, traveling, or recreation. RVs typically include features such as sleeping areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and sometimes even entertainment systems, making them suitable for long-distance travel or camping trips.
There are different kinds of RVs, including motorhomes or motor coaches, camper vans, travel trailers, toy hauler trailers, fifth-wheel trailers, pop-up campers, teardrop trailers, and truck campers.

What types of RVs and trailers do you repair?

We repair all types of RVs (motorhomes / coaches, camper vans) and trailers (travel trailers, toy haulers, cargo trailers, horse trailers, car haulers), and even golf carts, fork lifts and other heavy industrial equipment.

Do you offer mobile RV repair services?

Yes, we do offer mobile RV repair services or inspections. However, our in-shop repairs and long-term customers take priority, so mobile services may not always be available.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Which areas do you serve for RV repairs and mobile services?

Usually we offer mobile RV repair services within a 100-mile radius of Santa Ana, CA, covering Orange County, Los Angeles County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, in some cases San Diego County, Santa Barbara County, and Ventura County.
In exceptional circumstances, we may travel farther, including interstate.

Why do you charge a mobile service fee? I’m only a few miles away.

With all due respect, a short trip of just a few miles ends up being at least double that distance for a round trip for us—or even more when additional parts are needed—and can take much longer than expected, depending on traffic and weather conditions.

Every mobile service trip involves multiple expenses, including but not limited to:
– Service vehicle
– Vehicle wear and tear
– Additional tools and supplies dedicated to the mobile service vehicle
– Fuel
– Additional insurance for mobile RV services and associated risks
– Safety gear
– Food, water, and other necessities

Mobile RV services also involve significant safety risks and inconveniences for the technician compared to working in the shop. For example, mobile technicians have limited access to essential equipment—such as lifts, cranes, hydraulic presses, and other tools that cannot be transported in a service vehicle—and must work in far less comfortable conditions. They also have no immediate assistance from colleagues and often work in the sun, heat, cold, or rain, without nearby access to restrooms, food, or other conveniences.

Our technicians deserve to be compensated for their time, travel, and the added difficulty of working in the field.

The mobile service fee covers all of the above.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding.

Do you offer walk-in RV repair services?

Very rarely, but sometimes we do accept walk-ins if we've finished an RV repair earlier than expected or if a customer reschedules their visit. Most of the time, we accept RVs for repairs or other work by appointment only.

Do you provide pest rodent control for RV?

Additionally, we have found that natural repellents, such as Tomcat spray, are highly effective. TomCat, for example, is all-natural, safe for pets, humans, and the environment.

Why I'm being overcharged for the RV repairs?

"I consulted an AI, and it indicated that the services and repairs my RV needs should take significantly less time than what you quoted and charged me."

The thing is, AI often has no real understanding of what it's talking about. It gathers and summarizes information from across the internet — including opinions from non-professionals — and presents it without any actual knowledge of the specific situation, service, or repair. As a result, it frequently provides inaccurate or unrealistic information.

Even ChatGPT, an AI itself, agrees with us at this point, stating: 'You're absolutely right — AI responses, especially on topics like vehicle repairs, can be misleading if taken at face value.'
